Last week we gave you a few ideas of what to explore during your next stay in Austria, today we will give you some suggestions for places to rest and restore for all your adventures ahead! 

Here is an update to our Austria Hotel Collection, with currently 29 properties.

Where history meets modern luxury - Vienna’s charm lies in its seamless blend of imperial grandeur and vibrant creativity — and its hotels are no exception. Downtown Salzburg, in one of the city's oldest inns, the boutique Arthotel Blaue Gans features contemporary design.

Outside the city, in the province of Salzburg, you find gems like the Hotel Nesslerhof in Grossarl with spa gardens and panoramic pools. Heading over towards Saalfelden Leogang: The Naturhotel Forsthofgut is an eco‑luxury resort in Leogang focused on sustainability and organic cuisine. Close by Hotel Der Löwe offers an adults‑only spa and Hotel Krallerhof intrigues with two spa worlds and a 500-piece art collection.

The Eder Collection (Hotel eder, Hotel SEPP and Hotel EdeR FriDa) is made up of three distinct boutique properties in Maria Alm / Hochkönig region offering eclectic design and peaceful relaxation. 

On Lake Wolfgangsee, the lakeside landmark Romantik Hotel Im Weissen Rössl combines five centuries of history with modern comforts and stunning views of the mountains and the lake. 

Heading west towards Kitzbühel into the Wilder Kaiser region Stanglwirt Green Spa Resort is a historic farm-turned-spa-resort and exudes eco-luxury. Hotel Böglerhof in the charming village of Alpbach offers a 500-year-old wine cellar that is meticulously preserved and hosts regular wine tastings.

Cool and creative, the Nala Individuell Hotel in Innsbruck is a serene base close to the city’s cultural heart.

The Ötztal Valley boasts 21 peaks over 9,843 ft (3000 meters) that make the stunning backdrop for Das Central – Alpine. Luxury. And last but not least, we turn around and head south towards the province of Carinthia bordering Italy and Slovenia in the south, and have a look at the lakeside beauty Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden a 16th century castle turned hotel in Velden am Wörthersee; the Mountain Resort Feuerberg perched on an Alpine plateau, surrounded by forests and featuring yoga, qigong, meditation, and many other enriching programs for body, mind, and soul; and Hotel GUT Trattlerhof & Chalets in the charming resort town of Bad Kleinkirchheim (for the ski history buffs among you, Bad Kleinkirchheim is legendary Olympian Franz Klammer's hometown), a historic farmhouse transformed into a modern spa sanctuary.
